TAU PUNTA RAZA - Set on the beachfront of a master-planned resort community of 724 acres with 4 miles of oceanfront, Tau Punta Raza will offer 300 units in configurations of two-bedroom lock-offs. Community amenities at Punta Raza will include a village, Beach Club, marina, estuary, golf course access, hiking and biking trails, and water sports center. Development of Tau Punta Raza will commence in mid-2010.
